You can enroll into Liberty IPS by: 

  1. clicking on the ENROLLMENT FORM button.  Fill out the form and email it to admin@libertyips.com

  2. pay the $349 family enrollment fee

Once we have received your enrollment form and payment, we will send you the remaining steps to complete your enrollment.
